In order to confirm your enrolment, we need you to upload a copy of your current passport. If you do not have a passport, you can upload a copy of your original UK photographic drivers licence/full or provisional. If you have any queries please email welcome@leedsbeckett.ac.uk

Some full-time courses across the university have a placement year in addition to the 3 years of academic study on the course. If you chose to undertake a placement year which is usually discussed and agreed in year 2 of the course, you will be transferred to the Sandwich version of the course.
Your student email will be provided with your university login details in Online Welcome.
You can find out more by going to the Leeds Beckett app webpage. If you are a new student and have not used the Leeds Beckett App already, you will need to log into MyBeckett, at least once before you can log in to the app.
How do I log into MyBeckett?
We have created a guide to help you log into your university account.
New undergraduates will use SEAtS to register attendance at timetabled sessions. You can download it from either the Google Play or Apple App store (just search for ���SEAtS mobile���). See the SEAtS App webpage for more information and how to use it.
Online Welcome will normally provide fee information to you as you complete the enrolment process. This will give you information about what your fees will be for the next academic year based on the details currently stored on your student record at that time.
If you have applied for and been granted a loan, we will receive payment from the Student Loans Company. If you are paying your own fees or if you have a sponsor, you can start to pay fees before you arrive. Information can be found on the Tuition Fees and Payments webpage.
If you are not paying your own fees you can upload a sponsorship letter in the fees section of Online Welcome if you have been provided with one, there is also the option of entering the details manually.

If you require a visa to study in the UK, you will need to bring your passport including the visa granted to study in the UK. Your documents will be checked during International Check-in and details about this will be emailed to you.
If you are intending to travel to the UK to start your course, but think that you will not be able to arrive by the latest arrival date indicated in your CAS document, you must contact the university at the earliest opportunity by email to: cas@leedsbeckett.ac.uk. Please do not travel until you have received further advice from the CAS team.

Further details about the Welcome Week events will be available on your Online Welcome homepage when they have been finalised. Some courses have non-standard start dates and where this is the case you will be contacted by your School.

Council tax exemption certificates will be available to eligible students via Online Welcome once you've enrolled and teaching has started for your course.
