FAQs
I can't log in. Make sure you are selecting the correct academic term from the drop down list.

You need to have created an account and received a valid User ID and password. You can only do this if you have applied for a course at Our University and have accepted a conditional offer or hold an unconditional offer. Click here to set up your account.

I've forgotten my User ID or password.
Click here to request a password reminder.

Your User ID will begin with 'c' (in lower case). If you are an applicant, this is the User ID we sent you when you signed up to this service. It is usually your student ID with the first digit replaced by a 'c'.

I don't have a valid passport - what forms of ID can I bring?
In order to confirm your enrolment, we need to see your current passport. If you do not have a passport, please bring your original birth certificate or adoption certificate (or a certified copy of either). If you have any queries please contact welcome@leedsbeckett.ac.uk

The system says I need to be logged in to view the page, but I've already logged in, or I'm having other technical problems.
Please check the technical troubleshooting page for resolutions to common problems.

I wish to accept my place but there is nowhere on the welcome page to allow me to do this?
You can only accept your place via this system if you are holding an unconditional offer. If this is the case and you can see an 'Accept' button then please click on this.
If this button is not available and you applied via UCAS and hold an unconditional offer, contact ucasadmissions@leedsbeckett.ac.uk with your full name, UCAS personal ID number and course you are accepting.
If you applied directly to the University please email directadmissions@leedsbeckett.ac.uk If you are an Overseas student, please contact internationaloffice@leedsbeckett.ac.uk.

My personal details are incorrect
If you applied through UCAS and you have accepted an unconditional offer you need to contact ucasadmissions@leedsbeckett.ac.uk, alternatively if you have applied direct to our University, please email directadmissions@leedsbeckett.ac.uk.
If you are an Overseas student, please contact internationaloffice@leedsbeckett.ac.uk. If you applied through UCAS but have not yet accepted an unconditional offer, contact the UCAS Customer Care team to change your details.

Under course information it says that my attendance is sandwich. Why does it say this as I thought I was studying full time?
Some full time courses across the university have a placement year in addition to the 3 years of academic study on the course. All students enrolling on a course where there is a placement option (the placement may/may not be compulsory) are enrolled on the sandwich version of the course. If you do not want to undertake a placement year which is usually discussed and agreed in year 2 of the course, you will be transferred to the full time version of the course i.e. you will follow a 3 year full time academic programme.

When will I get a university email address?
You get your student email address when you arrive at the University.

Where do I find out about CampusM/the Leeds Beckett app?

We will require confirmation of these arrangements on an annual basis. Sponsorship letters should be sent to: The Fees Team, 222 Leighton Hall, Headingley Campus, Leeds, LS6 3QS
